Terms of Service

Effective: August 19, 2026 · Flightdeck is operated by 82 Marketing LLC ("we", "us").

The service

Flightdeck is a private X (Twitter) writing, scheduling, and analytics cockpit. You compose, review, and approve content; Flightdeck never auto-replies, auto-DMs, or publishes anything you have not explicitly queued or approved.

Accounts and eligibility

Access requires a verified email and either an invitation or an active subscription. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Optional authenticator-app MFA is available in Settings.

Plans, billing, and credits

• Subscriptions are billed by 82 Marketing LLC, processed through RevenueCat and Stripe. They renew monthly. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• The Managed plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at each renewal and does not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and are used after the monthly allowance.
• The BYOK plan uses your own X API credentials and your own AI provider key (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or OpenAI). You are billed directly by X and your AI provider for that usage, under their terms, and are responsible for keeping those credentials valid and funded.
• Credits measure provider operations (AI drafts, X reads and writes). Failed AI operations are automatically refunded to your balance.
• When a subscription ends, publishing and AI features stop, but your stored drafts, queue, and analytics are retained and restored if you resubscribe.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is scheduled and for complying with the X Rules, applicable law, and your organization's policies. Do not use Flightdeck to spam, harass, mislead, or infringe the rights of others.

Third-party services

Flightdeck depends on X, Google Gemini, Firebase, RevenueCat, and Stripe. Their availability, pricing, and policies are outside our control, and we do not guarantee reach, accuracy, or uninterrupted third-party APIs.

Disclaimer and liability

Flightdeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account (Settings → export, then delete) at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
